This is the Only Medicine Ball Drill You'll Ever Need for Explosive Throws !
Noah Spear
Combat sports conditioning depends on many factors. Combat conditioning drills should be changed according to which stage of athletic development the combat athlete is in. For example, the starting point in any well designed combat sports conditioning program is developing a very broad and versatile fitness level, increasing one's "general physical preparation" and capacity to perform work. As combat athletes advance, they enter a stage of developing called "directed." which contains exercises that are more similar in effort and form to actual sport skills. This "directed" stage leads into an even more advanced stage of development known as "Sport-Specific." Sport Specific drills directly develop sport-specific fitness for a given event. These exercises should contain the same internal and external structure of competitive movements. In other words, they must be as close as possible to the actual sport skill you're trying to enhance. The exercise below is a wonderful example of sport-specific training for combat sports that contain shoulder and hips throws. Once you watch the video you'll quickly realize the sport-specific applications and fitness benefits.

"Great video's of exercises !
A picture, or especially a video is worth 1000 words.
It is great to read and see pictures of a new exercise, but to watch a
video of it brings it all to life, and makes it much more real and accomplishable.
That is how Jason has helped me to learn my basic exercises, and then to refine
and add to them.
Thanks dude, you are the greatest!"
